Hello, World

I've been meaning to start a personal site for years. It's live now, and the whole thing is under 10KB a page; no framework, no web fonts, no analytics script watching you read.

I kept putting it off because I kept scoping it up. A CMS, a comment system, a newsletter. None of that was the reason I wanted to write, it was just the reason I never started. So the first version does one thing. It renders text.

What to expect

I'll be writing about the parts of cloud work that don't fit in a runbook: technical deep-dives, projects I'm working on, and the things I got wrong, mostly.
